Returns & Refunds

  • Custom Commissions cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. To prevent that, be sure to review the commission with me until you’re 100% satisfied with the product before the shipping. I will be in contact with you during the whole process to guarantee your satisfaction.
  • Due to COVID-19 & Monkeypox we currently do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.
  • Exception: If your item has be damaged, please contact me with your order number so we can futher evaluate the issue. After inspecting the issue, I will notify you and let you know if a POSSIBLE partial or full refund request can be approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. There is a 4-day refund window which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for commissioned paintings).
